Founder’s Note

My grandparents migrated to India during Partition from what is now Bangladesh and rebuilt their lives from the ground up. Their journey is a reminder that rebuilding calls for courage, honest hard work, adaptability, and a clear sense of purpose.

I was born in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Growing up there meant being in an environment that valued education, reading, and deep research. It instilled in me an early respect for preparation and for understanding issues beyond the surface.

As a lawyer and Company Secretary, I was actively engaged in boardroom discussions from the beginning of my career. At the same time, my work placed me closely alongside business, operational, and cross-functional teams. As my career took me across cities, industries, and global business environments, I worked with organisations as they expanded and evolved, seeing both how strategy is shaped and how it plays out on the ground. With over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors and multiple jurisdictions, I have advised leadership teams in both India-led and global organisations. Over time, one conviction became clear to me:
